Our Family Support Services provide a continuum of resources that help caregivers reach higher levels of competency, success, and emotional well-being.
Programs include monthly caregiver trainings, bi-weekly support groups, counseling services, and intensive care management. As part of our mission to improve quality of life for ALL seniors in the community, many of our programs are complimentary or oﬀered on a sliding scale and open to the public.
Care Managers at Concierge Care provide out-of-the box solutions, support, and resources for optimal aging. We strive to provide guidance, clarity, and momentum towards reaching care goals and maintaining your independence.
Counseling services offer you support and the opportunity to share feelings in a safe environment. Counseling may help identify your needs and provide you with the best resources, education, and tools to cope effectively with the challenges of caregiving.
